OzDB version 0.02 ================= The README is used to introduce the module and provide instructions on how to install the module, any machine dependencies it may have (for example C compilers and installed libraries) and any other information that should be provided before the module is installed. A README file is required for CPAN modules since CPAN extracts the README file from a module distribution so that people browsing the archive can use it get an idea of the modules uses. It is usually a good idea to provide version information here so that people can decide whether fixes for the module are worth downloading. INSTALLATION To install this module type the following: perl Makefile.PL make make test make install **special note** For Windows users (activestate) who do not have cygwin and/or perl compiled with mingw32, or the availability of make, you might want to download nmake from: http://download.microsoft.com/download/vc15/patch/1.52/w95/en-us/nmake15.exe There is also a batch file distributed with OzDB to help with nmake, it is unsupported and should be self explanitory. It's name is OzDBnmake.bat **end note** DEPENDENCIES This module requires these other modules and libraries: 5.008006 strict warnings Benchmark Exporter Version Specific Notes: This is the very first version. It is version 0.1.3 in the current form, however the version will be reset to 0.0.1 for distribution on cpan and other PAUSE mirrors. Please begin using the new versioning scheme and submit patches, bug reports, help requests, feature requests and any other inquiry in a ticket at http://support.linuxops.net Revisioned to 0.02 for compatibility with CPAN versioning.
